I just feel nerdy about it because when I'm not writing in it, I feel as though Ozy's stern face is silently telling me to WRITE MORE, DAMMIT. I easily typed up Shosanna's interactions with Goebbels and Landa, but when it's her and Fredrick, I nearly panic because I want to do them justice. S/F fans are such a small group, which makes me want to work even harder at writing and keeping up the community; and I love doing so because it shows that while we may be a minority in IB fandom, we're just as creative and vital as all the other pairings. And we've been very fortunate that all of the S/F ifc on LJ has been well-written.

I ♥ complex characters so much. Other than the fun of analyzing them, they really hit me where it hurts.

I'm thrilled to get to work on that prompt, as I realized that I certainly didn't want everyone else to have all the fun. It'll take some time and extra care, but I'm confident enough that I can do it. Take all the time necessary to write your fics, as the wait will be worth it and I'll love them even more.
