I'M DOING MY JOB AS LONG AS I MAKE YOU INCOHERENT!

I found that line was the simplest way for Fredrick to explain himself and to convey everything about him.

Other than our conversations, I also keep in mind all that QT has said, how Fredrick keeps fucking Shosanna up, but he doesn't realize it; all Fredrick knows is that he loves her and just wants to be there for her. So of course he says such lovely, heartbreaking things.
