It's sort of genius, as they'd get exposed to one of the best vampire films ever made, but it might also scar them. Then again, there are Twilight fans on the imdb boards for Near Dark, talking about how hot Bill Paxton and Caleb are.

I have a bit of appreciation for the Twilight films only because Near Dark is no longer being re-made because the studio thought it'd be redundant to have more than one vampire romance film out in theaters.
