I'm choosing to believe that Sweden giving Polanski the award was merely a trap. It amuses me.

I sort of believe that, too. It was on CNN or one of those news programs earlier today that the FBI had never given up on catching him and when they found out ahead of time about the film festival, they went into action.

Appealing to Polanski's ego is far too easy to do and to combine that with the right place and the right time = FUCK YEAH, WE GOT YOU.

I actually find him physically attractive and I was sort of repulsed by that picture, ngl.

I am not surprised he shared the n00dz with Omar and yet I am like I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU, ELI ROTH. >:(

And as always, Sharon Tate remains almost supernaturally good looking.

Oh man, I'm still kind of laughing about Roth being such a creeper, but in that way where it's not actually funny, I just am so astounded that this happened IN REAL LIFE that my only reaction is to laugh. (Although, really, once he started flirting with ONTD it became really obvious where this was going. It was like two Marty McFlys playing a game of chicken.)

I shouldn't be surprised that the debacle turned out this way, but I guess I was hoping that girls on the internet would think twice before sending nudes to the director of Cabin Fever.I did enjoy his sob story his 20 year old girlfriend, though.

I have been told the ONTD interview with Omar Doom is actually grosser than the one with Eli Roth (although idthink Doom went nearly as far in the aftermath as Roth did, but I kind of stopped following to protect my sanity.)

Omar's was repugnant, which made it even more hilarious to read comments from girls who thought he's OMG HOT.

He made it clear that Eli gave him the nudes and he's using them, he made sure to stress that he doesn't like prudes, he likes to tie up women and doesn't want a woman to resist him unless he tells her to.

That's all I got from skimming the interview.

None of the foxy Europeans are bothering with this shit because they have relevant careers.

I heard the resisting thing but I didn't know the rest, just that it was in my best interest to not read it. Oh my god, HOW DID THIS WHOLE BUSINESS JUST GET WORSE? DDDD:
